United Power Contractors Inc., a California Corporation is a signatory Contractor. The majority of production labor is organized and obtained through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers AFL-CIO, Locals 47 and 1245.

United Power Contractors, Inc. is approved and certified by the CPUC as a Minority Owned Business Enterprise (VON 8GN00012) and is currently providing subcontracting services in California and Nevada.
